\nAll seafarers\u2019 documents and certificates are carefully examined to ensure they are:

\nFully compliant with IMO, ILO, and STCW Convention (as amended) requirements
\nAligned with the ISM Code standards
\nCertification is verified according to the rank and vessel type to guarantee operational safety and regulatory compliance<\/p>\n
\u2705 Medical Examination<\/strong>
\nMedical and dental examinations are conducted at accredited hospitals and medical clinics, in accordance with international maritime health standards.
\nStandard examinations include:
\nFull physical assessment
\nChest X-ray
\nBlood pressure check
\nUrinalysis and stool examination
\nDental check-up
\nVision test and color perception (Ishihara Test)
\nAdditional tests may be arranged upon company request, including:
\nDrug and alcohol screening
\nHIV\/AIDS and Hepatitis tests
\nUltrasound examination (kidney and bladder)
\nRequired vaccinations based on trading area regulations<\/p>\n
\u2705 Ticketing & Deployment<\/strong>
\nOnce the crew is ready for embarkation, we coordinate closely with the Employer to arrange travel logistics, including:
\nIssuance of e-tickets, or
\nAirfare reimbursement in accordance with company policy
\nWe ensure smooth and timely deployment to meet vessel schedules.<\/p>\n
\nAs part of our quality assurance process, we request regular performance reports from the Master of the vessel regarding each seafarer we deploy.
