✅ Recruitment & Selection

✅ Documentation & Certification
All seafarers’ documents and certificates are carefully examined to ensure they are:
Authentic and valid
Fully compliant with IMO, ILO, and STCW Convention (as amended) requirements
Aligned with the ISM Code standards
Certification is verified according to the rank and vessel type to guarantee operational safety and regulatory compliance
✅ Medical Examination
Medical and dental examinations are conducted at accredited hospitals and medical clinics, in accordance with international maritime health standards.
Standard examinations include:
Full physical assessment
Chest X-ray
Blood pressure check
Urinalysis and stool examination
Dental check-up
Vision test and color perception (Ishihara Test)
Additional tests may be arranged upon company request, including:
Drug and alcohol screening
HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis tests
Ultrasound examination (kidney and bladder)
Required vaccinations based on trading area regulations
✅ Ticketing & Deployment
Once the crew is ready for embarkation, we coordinate closely with the Employer to arrange travel logistics, including:
Issuance of e-tickets, or
Airfare reimbursement in accordance with company policy
We ensure smooth and timely deployment to meet vessel schedules.
✅ Performance Monitoring
As part of our quality assurance process, we request regular performance reports from the Master of the vessel regarding each seafarer we deploy.
